When you book with us we will appoint a specialist wedding catering planner to work with you ensuring that you get the castle, decoration, food, service and style exactly right for the venue, you and your guests.

Its like having your own personal Master Chef. John Coughlan will personally liaise with you to create a perfect wedding menu. Once you are happy with your selection we will provide a menu tasting.

Once you are happy with the menus and the theme and style of your wedding reception our wedding coordinator will arrange the decoration of the rooms awaiting the arrival of your guests.
