Our Staff Catering Division:
When we are contacted with a view to becoming a staff catering service we follow a tried and tested approach. Our staff catering division will meet with you and listen to your exact requirements, from this initial meeting we will draw up a proposal and present our offers to you. We then tailor our catering contract to suit your requirements, budget, timescale and service agreement.
If you are happy with our contract terms we can then get down to the real specifics such as menu choice, opening hours, catering facilities and a host of other items that need to be in place before we can begin.
Our catering management team meet on a regular basis in the lead up to the start of the contract to ensure we cover all aspects of what is required to cater for your exact needs on site. Our catering management team consists of a number of specialist staff, under the direct control of our company directors, John Coughlan and Barbara Muldoon.
