When you book with us we will appoint a specialist catering planner to work with you ensuring that you get the food, service and style exactly right for the venue, you and your guests.

Its like having your own personal Master Chef. John Coughlan will personally liaise with you to create a perfect menu. Once you are happy with your selection we will provide a menu tasting.

We can help you with all required to plan and deliver perfect food and service for your guests from numbers of 10 upwards. No job is too small or large for us and we can cater for any specific food style.

Our experienced waiting staff and party coordinator will ensure that all goes smoothly. From preparation through service and clearing up we will ensure that you and your guests have the best experience possible.
