When we are appointed as an event catering service we follow a tried and tested approach. Our event catering division swings into operation and meets on a regular basis in the lead up to the event to ensure we cover all aspects of what is required to cater for high volume on site. Our event management team consists of a number of specialist staff, under the direct control of our company directors, John Coughlan and Barbara Muldoon, who will run the catering services from a control office on site.
