John, Barbara has an unprecedented level of experience in
designing, managing and providing quality catering

events. Barbara has worked in nearly every field of
catering and hospitality management and has achieved high

attention to detail. Barbara has also been instrumental in
helping build the JCC brand and delivering our concept
catering brands such as Sit 'n' Sip Cafés, Tipperary Bars

Management
Team
Each
event or function we cater at requires a varying size and
make up of management team. For larger events, like the
Solheim Cup, with over 100,000 guests expected to attend,
we use our experienced management team who are all
individual specialists in specific disciplines such as HR
and Recruitment, IT and Technology, Catering Management,
Health and Safety, Marketing and Promotion, Food Buying
and Storage, Payroll and Accounts, Staff training and
development and a number of other vital roles that all gel
together perfectly to deliver top quality food and service
to our clients, guests and customers alike.
For
smaller intimate gatherings or wedding receptions each client
is allocated a dedicated catering planner and manager who
will oversee and manage all aspects of our service. Again
we will use our experienced staff to assist in running the
event, ensuring that we keep a consistent and high quality
level of service at all times.
